In this episode, Dawn talks to Anna McLaren, Project Manager for recruitment and retention for Skills for Care. Anna looks after the I Care Ambassadors initiative, helping to raise the profile of caring roles and supporting employers to attract & keep caring staff with the right values. 

Dawn and Anna talk unfilled vacancies, values-based recruitment and talk about the I Care, Ambassadors, who get involved with Skills for Care to share their experience and passion with those who may wish to join the care workforce.
